  • What Is The Difference Between the Bundle Deals and Your Individual Extensions?

    The Individual Extensions are single packs of our hair, perfect for sampling or adding a pack to your order. In comparison, our Bundle Deals are the exact amount of hair needed to complete your hairstyle. And for a bonus, all bundle deals are $5 OFF!

  • What Does Pre-Loop Mean?

    Pre-loop refers to the loop that all our extensions (except for our Coil Twists) come with. This loop is used with the crochet needed to attach the crochet hair to your hair.

  • How Do I Prep The Hair For Installation?

    We recommend you soak the braids before installing with Apple Cider Vinegar. This removes the alkaline base that causes irritation when installed.

  • How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?

    We have a standard 48-72 hour processing time for the shipment of all orders. This is subject to high order periods (sales or holidays).

  • How Often Do You Restock?

    We restock twice a month. If a style is out of stock, sign up for our restock alerts, and you will be the first to know when the style is restocked!

  • Do You Have A Pre-Order Option?

    Yes! If a style is out of stock, you can pre-order for the next restock. You can also pre-order a color, not on the site, for the next restock. Both these options attract a 50% deposit on the total cost (including shipping).

  • Is There A Minimum Order Requirement?

    No. However, there is a minimum order cost of $50 during sales.

  • What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

    Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
